We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient location, and good hotel facilities. The room was super clean and the staff were always polite and helpful. The hotel location was great with easy access to local transportation and night markets. We also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel facilities like parking and breakfast.

The location was great as it was close to the river. We also appreciated the affordable price and the clean accommodations.

The language barrier was a major issue. None of the staff spoke English and it took a very long time to get any sort of response to our questions. Additionally, there was very limited selection in the restaurant and the staff wasn't very helpful when we tried to check out. while the price was good, the lack of communication and poor service left much to be desired.

This hotel has a decent location near some local attractions. Plus, there's a boat tour available with a nice English-speaking guide. the staff were pleasant and helpful, and some rooms have a view of the river. the room itself lacked in several areas.

The bathroom was not in great condition. the shower only had lukewarm water and the limited breakfast options were disappointing.

The hotel offered a boat trip with a lovely guide. the location was convenient for business meetings as it was close to the river. the room was clean and tidy.

The staff did not speak any English which made communication very difficult. Check-out took more than an hour due to the language barrier, and the advertised tea and coffee facilities were missing from the room.
